This course will:

• Prepare delegates to sit for the PfMP® Exam by reviewing PfMP® key terms and concepts, portfolio management principles and the 6 performance management domains and all topics within The Standard for Portfolio Management 4th Edition.

• Teach delegates about best practice portfolio management tools, techniques and strategies so they can understand how their initiatives connect to strategic goals within their own organizations.

• Enhance the Portfolio Manager’s abilities to initiate, plan and manage project portfolios in a structured manner in order to help their organization achieve its strategic goals and vision.

Course is presented as PowerPoint presentations that are explained by the instructor, while keeping students engaged via real-life examples and topic discussions. Flip boards and charts will be used to demonstrate key points. Students will also be given quizzes at the of each training section to solidify their knowledge, as well as additional practice questions to take home and prepare for the exam.

A certificate of completion will be issued to those who attend and complete the program. This course will entitle delegates to 21 Professional Development Units (PDUs) from PMI.
