The PgMP® training is quite dynamic and engaging. It makes use of PowerPoint presentations that are explained by the instructor, while keeping students engaged via real-life examples and topic discussions about programs and program management. Flip boards and charts will be used to demonstrate key points of the PgMP and program management. Students will also be given practice PgMP exam quizzes at the of each training section to solidify their knowledge, as well as additional PgMP practice questions to take home and prepare for the Program Management Professional PgMP certification exam from PMI.
