Are you currently in the role of a Business Analyst or System Analyst in your organization? Maybe you are a business systems analyst or business process analyst? Are you specialized in software? IT? SAP? ERP? Regardless of your designation, you might be looking for the best business analysis certification training course to help improve your career. You may be wondering what are the best business analysis certifications or credentials for business analysts, or how to get the business analyst certification. You also may be wondering if a business analyst certification is worth it.
Well, you have come to the right training institute to get you that most sought after credential in business analysis. We are an IIBA Endorsed Education Provider (IIBA EEP) and are one of few authorized training institutes to provide certification courses in business analysis in Dubai or UAE. We offer a variety of business analysis training courses, such as practical workshops and seminars, CCBA and ECBA exam preparation boot camps, fundamentals of business analysis, business analysis short courses, and longer duration business analyst training programs for corporations. Most of the training courses we offer are centered on the IIBA’s Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), which is the global standard for best practices in business analysis.
To earn business analyst professional certification, it is highly recommended that you go for either CCBA or ECBA. The CCBA/ECBA certifications are earned by passing a multiple-choice examination that is based on IIBA’s Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK). We offer many accredited BA training courses that can help you in achieving the CCBA/ECBA certifications.
The CBAP certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional) is the highest business analysis certification for a business analyst. It requires a minimum of 5 years (7500 hours) of experience to sit for the exam. If you have less than that, you can also go for the CCBA certification (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis), also from the IIBA, which requires only 2-3 years of experience. The Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) credential only requires the 21 hours of training that we provide in order to qualify. Earning the CCBA/ECBA business analyst credentials will be the best step to take in becoming a certified business analysis professional. A certified business analyst professional designation will help you earn a higher salary than one that is not. The reason is that employers see a certified business analyst as someone who is serious about business analysis and possesses the right business analysis education, competencies or knowledge to get the job done.

What is Business Analysis?
Business analysis is the discipline of identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. Solutions often include a systems development component, but may also consist of process improvement, organizational change or strategic planning and policy development. The person who carries out this task is called a business analyst or BA.
Those BA’s who work solely on developing software systems may be called IT Business Analysts, Technical Business Analysts, Online Business Analysts or Systems Analysts.
Business analysis, as a discipline, has a heavy overlap with requirements analysis sometimes also called requirements engineering, but focuses on identifying the changes to an organization that are required for it to achieve strategic goals. These changes include changes to strategies, structures, policies, processes, and information systems.
