This Leadership Development course, along with classroom discussions and workshops will help your leaders at all levels of the organization learn how to influence, motivate, and inspire people to join with them in developing and transforming the organization.

This Leadership Development Workshop employs a combination of lectures (via PowerPoint presentations), assessments, simulations, tools, guides, and case studies to help leaders master the principles and skills in each topic area. We want participants to leverage their natural skills and improve their abilities in critical areas that will help them address current organizational challenges with confidence, energy, and know how. Our expert facilitators and consultants have a broad range of experience and are able to guide participants through a self-discovery process and facilitate the development of specific application plans that will drive results.

Course will be conducted over a period of 5 days, starting from 8:30 AM and ending at 2:30 PM* daily, with allowances for short refreshment breaks, and lunch break. For in-house courses, timings can be customized by mutual agreement.
