Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® Exam Prep Course

The CAPM® demonstrates to the world that you have the fundamental knowledge and abilities required by project teams. With methods of working that incorporate agile concepts, business analysis, and predictive project management, it demonstrates that you’re prepared to take on a wide range of projects as well. Obtaining your CAPM gives you all the tools you need to begin a project management profession.

The 150 questions in the three-hour, freshly updated CAPM certification exam measure your proficiency with project management fundamentals and core concepts.

All students will be supplied with genuine PMI developed course materials and a course workshop that will help in preparing for the exam. This workshop includes exercises and lots of sample questions that will build your confidence and raise your chances of passing the CAPM® Exam on your first attempt.

Our CAPM Exam Preparation Course will:

• Prepare delegates to sit for the CAPM® Exam and have a higher chance of passing from the first attempt.

• Introduce delegates to PMI’s project management best practices.

• Provide an opportunity for non-PM’s to understand the scope of a project manager’s duties – useful for senior managers

The CAPM training course is presented as PowerPoint presentations that are explained by the instructor, while keeping students engaged via real-life examples and topic discussions. Flip boards, charts, template reviews and videos will be used to demonstrate key points and terminologies. Students will also be given quizzes at the of each training section to solidify their knowledge for the CAPM exam, as well as additional practice questions to take home and prepare for the CAPM® certification exam.

We deliver the CAPM training course using the most up to date training materials provided by PMI.

Course will be conducted over a period of 3 days, starting from 8:30 AM and ending at 4:30 PM* daily, with allowances for short refreshment breaks, and lunch break. *For in-house courses, timings can be customized by mutual agreement.

Here, we go over the course key points reminding students about all Knowledge Areas, concepts and techniques and how they connect and add value. The instructor will also review the application process with the students in order to make sure they are ready to apply to sit the CAPM^® exam, and that they know how to approach the examination process.

This course offers 23 PMI approved PDUs, which fully satisfy PMI’s CAPM exam requirements. The PDUs can also be used towards the 35 hours needed for applying and sitting for the PMP professional certification exam. However, the attendee would need to obtain an additional 12 hours of training if they want to sit for the PMP exam.
